Terms and Conditions for Traclo (by Frelo)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Traclo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Traclo.

2. Service Description

Traclo is a subscription-based AI management tool for freelancers, enabling project, client, task, and invoice management. Services are provided on a monthly or yearly basis.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Traclo.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Traclo is offered on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly).
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Traclo for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to access or disrupt other users’ accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Traclo.

Google Account Integration

By connecting your Google Account to Traclo, you:

• Grant Traclo permission to access and modify Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge that Traclo’s use of Google API Services is governed by Google’s Terms of Service.
• Agree not to use this integration for unauthorized surveillance, spam, or unlawful activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to Traclo are owned by Frelo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Traclo for your freelance business.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Traclo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for your purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frelo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Traclo after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

12. Third-Party Services

• Google Calendar API:
  Traclo’s integration with Google Calendar is provided “as is.” Frelo is not liable for disruptions caused by Google API changes or downtime.

  Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never store your Google Account password.
